Fööniks.

Su südamemõll on vaikne
ja hämar kus leegis tuld
puu ja lill on raiunud
ning jäänud musta muld.

Su südamelöök on vaikne
ja pime kus põles tuld
hammasrataid roostes
mis olid puhta kuld.

Su südameleek on vaikne
see fööniks kustunud
kõik mis jäänud tuha
tuulde puhunud.

...

Su südamefööniks on vaikne
kus põles hullu tuld
nüüd tuhane see röövlilind
hõõguma see jäänud.

...

Aga nii ta tahab põleda
valgustada su süda
valgustada su elu
ta tahab ja ta oskab
leekiv nagu föönikslind

aga ei julge sulle õelda
et ta põleb ainult sulle
sest ta armastab sind.

free bird (I & II)

I

we will meet again
in the green meadow
or the blue lagoon
in sun shine
or rain pour
|
go hither
shout your name
through the mountains
through the valleys
let the echo
roar
|
we will meet again
but for now
like a free bird
soar

II

we will meet again someday
in the green valley
or the blue sea
in suns heat
or wet of rains pour

go forth
scream your name
over the hilltops
through the canyons
let the sound echo
and roar

we will meet again
I know it
but until then
like a free bird
soar

So fragile.

Blood will flow down the rainbow,
when flesh and bone mesh,
maybe the rain will wash the stains,
but the memory will never lessen.

In my mind will always stay,
your sight, your beauty, my desire,
even when I,  in decay,
shed this earthly husk and life.

We are born beneath an angry star
we should not forget how fragile we are.

The meaning of this act was meant
to be a beacon for you to follow,
to clinch to this man’s argument
that not all love is hollow.

Nothing comes from violence
and nothing ever could,
not you, not me, alone, together,
but maybe from love, if we only would.

And rain will fall like tears from a star
telling us how fragile we are.

There is truth in beauty,
truth in the lines that sculpt your face,
but your love is a lie to me,
a destitute of grace.

And the star looks upon from afar
shedding tears like falling rain
telling us how fragile we are
forever apart, in vain.

The great unknown.

Off into the distance peering,
seeing past and future and then some,
a gentle fog at twilight's rearing,
waiting for the morrow's come.

Off into the twilight peering,
feel where heart and soul connect,
on the edge of hoping, fearing,
not knowing what brings morrow next.

Off into the distance peering,
where the seeds of life are sown
but the growth is hard and weary,
never knowing what is known.

Off into the twilight peering,
to see if past and future shown
wondering, hoping, doubting, fearing,
sight into the great unknown.
